You will be reimbursed for approved expenses for business related activities. Some of the items will be billed back to a client (as agreed to in our contracts) while others might be part of a grant. Otherwise, we have budgeted internally for the expense. If you are new to expense tracking, the taking a few minutes to read through this will save you lots of time and headaches. If you have experience with expense tracking, we hope you like what we’ve put together to make expense claims clear and simple. On the receipt:

Step 1: Before a trip or project, confirm what you need to know about eligible expenses
Step 2: Scan or take a photo of your receipt OR save PDF attachments from within your email inbox
Step 3: Rename the item (see naming convention)
Step 4: Add the PDFs or JPEG to your expense folders
Step 5: Receive your payment
