We are an mission-based B-Corporation assembling our dream team that will help us super-charge philanthropy and impact investing. Grantbook lives, works and breaths in places and spaces committed to making our world a better place. This includes operating out of co-location spaces where ever we can.

Comprehensive Benefits

Profit Sharing

Grantbook commits 33% of net revenue every year to an employee profit-sharing bonus pool that is split equally among all employees regardless of position.

Active-Living Credit

If you walk, ride your bike, or take public transit to get to work for at least 6 months of the year, we will buy you one monthly metro pass or give you a $150 gift card to a store that helps support your active lifestyle (e.g. MEC or a Bike Shop).

Need to work from home from time to time? Required to be closer to home periodically? Grantbook has flexible work arrangements to meet the needs of the modern household needs.

Grantbook is committed to establishing an employee stock ownership plan – in fact we are currently in the midst of establishing our policies, and all team members have input into the process.

Self-Management Framework

Grantbook has always operated with a fairly flat organizational structure; however, we’ve learned that to be a truly effective self-managing teams, we need a framework. This is something we are currently working on.
