Our core values and code of ethics drive our culture and the way we conduct business at GrantBook. We expect all team members to “live the values”. When joining GrantBook all team members will be required to review and internalize our policies. As a team member of GrantBook we hope you will take ownership for developing and maintaining a positive culture and workplace that reflects our core values.
As the team and organization grows, our values will remain unchanged but we anticipate our policies will continually adapt. The code of ethics will be reviewed and updated by the team and board of directors on an annual basis. Any changes and updates to the policy will be communicated across the organization.
